Day 11 is fine. I still don't have access to a scale, so I might drop the whole weight thing. But if I do get access to one I'll make certain to let you know.
Also, I've heard some strange things, on occasion, concerning vegetarianism. I've been told they become ill more often, with colds and flus. One person (a Doctor) even told me that he once saw a cancer ward filled mostly with vegetarian and said that he'd never seen anything like it. I realise that if done incorrectly, being vegetarian can be quite unhealthy for you. Though, I'm a little disturbed by these strange tales.
I can safely say that I've had a few cravings for meat. I've nicknamed these cravings my "meat-pangs". However, it's not meat itself crave but certain meals that contain meat. For example, I kind of miss eating the occasional burger, or all-dressed pizza (I dislike all-meat, yuck!). One thing in particular been wanting to eat, is Thailandese/Vietnamese food from a restaurant named "Saigon Thai"; they have the most amazing Tonkinese soup and really good Imperial Rolls.
Nothing noteworthy happened yesterday, though I did get a leftover Huo Guo from Zen Gardens :D
